Harish B. Rau

Harish is a founding partner of Element Five Solutions and brings over two decades of software industry experience to the company. As a software engineer, Harish started his career in product sales and marketing and subsequently moved into consulting, where he as been involved with SAP ERP sales, marketing, and consulting for over 13 years.

In the late 1990s Harish was instrumental in some of the earliest sales of SAP ERP licenses as well as project implementation services in the Indian marketplace. In 2000 he started an independent consulting practice and has personally led several large SAP implementations with multinational rollouts across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Harish has a clear understanding of business processes and hands-on knowledge of software application systems. This unique combination gives him an insightful perspective for designing efficient solutions and helping clients maximize return on investment for their ERP systems.

Harish has a Bachelors of Engineering (Computers) from University of Bombay and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. He also is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

Hemang Parikh

Hemang is a founding partner of Element Five solutions and brings over 17 years of IT solutions experience to the company. He has been involved with SAP (R/3, CRM, and BI) for over 13 years and has the distinct achievement of implementing the world’s first SAP BI/BW project at Colgate Palmolive in 1999. He was chief architect in designing CRM-TPM at Colgate using BW and R/3, which was supported by SAP.

Hemang also worked at IBM where he was responsible for developing a practice around SAP BIA and NW2004s upgrade services. He has been a speaker for SAP at various seminars and conferences and has presented at IBM, Intel, SAP Sapphire, Tech Ed, and SAP BI portal conferences. Hemang, in conjunction with SAP, developed the TCO model around BIA and also developed the BI Decision tree post Business Object acquisition, which simplifies the SAP BI Front End road map for customers. He also played key advisory roles and helped formulate the IT strategy for the world’s largest bottling company.

Hemang earned a Bachelors degree in computer science and began his IT career as a UNIX administrator and C/SQL developer. In 2001 Hemang started his own SAP consulting practice and has provided business solutions to CPG, aerospace, and medical device companies.

Srini Sathyamurthy

Srini has over 17 years of professional experience in sales, software design, development, and deployment with various business applications, including over 12 years on SAP. He has deployed SAP, CRM, and BI solutions for several industries including life sciences, consumer products, and retail, and has served in multiple leadership roles including lead Program/Project Manager for CRM and BI projects across the globe. Additionally, Srini provides technology assessments and business process road maps for a wide range of companies.

Srini has a Bachelors of Engineering (EEE) from the University of Madurai and holds Masters in Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota with emphases in Technology Strategy, Marketing, and Operations.
